Reservations are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
To confirm the booking, the guest must make the corresponding payment according to the conditions established for each accommodation.
The rates for booking, security deposit, cleaning fee, or others are those indicated at any given time on each accommodation’s page.
All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Payment Options

Reservations can be paid using American Express, Visa, or MasterCard credit cards.
Guests are also subject to the specific rules of each accommodation.

Pre Check-in

After completing the booking, the holder will receive an email confirmation along with important information about the accommodation and additional services.

Guests must complete an Accommodation Bulletin, essential for preparing the stay.
This form will request, namely:

  • Arrival time
  • Total number of guests
  • Mandatory legal information (SEF)

Guests must indicate the exact number of people. The number of guests cannot exceed the number stated in the reservation.
If exceeded, Home Sweet Apartments reserves the right to require immediate departure without compensation or refund.

Home Sweet Apartments is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.
Any alteration or falsification invalidates the form and may lead to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

After booking confirmation:

  • 100% refund if canceled up to 30 days before check-in

In case of overbooking, Home Sweet Apartments will refund the full amount paid without additional costs.

Stay Conditions

The booking holder must be at least 18 years old and stay in the accommodation throughout the stay.
Minors may only stay if accompanied by a responsible adult.

The holder must provide:

  • Valid address
  • Phone number
  • Email

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited.

According to the Schengen Convention, foreign guests must provide identification data.

Guests must report any damage, even if considered normal wear and tear.

Additional Services

Home Sweet Apartments offers services such as:

  • Cleaning
  • Baby cots

All services are subject to availability.
Home Sweet Apartments is not responsible for third-party services.

Check-in and Check-out

Identification documents will be requested in advance.

  • Check-in: after 4:00 PM
  • Late check-in: possible
  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM

If the guest fails to leave, Home Sweet Apartments may:

  • Remove belongings
  • Change locks
  • Charge associated costs

Only one set of keys is provided.

Costs:

  • Lost key: €30
  • Assistance (9 AM–6 PM): €10
  • Assistance (6 PM–9 AM): €100

Guests are responsible for locksmith costs if necessary.
Home Sweet Apartments is not responsible for forgotten items.

Cleaning, Bed Linen, and Towels

The accommodation is cleaned before arrival.
Includes:

  • Towels
  • Bed linen
  • Basic products

Extra services have additional costs.
Guests must keep the space clean.

Equipment and Furniture

In case of malfunction, contact Home Sweet Apartments.
No modifications to the property are allowed.
Items must not be removed.

Maintenance

Problems must be reported immediately.
Resolution may take up to 72 hours.

Home Sweet Apartments may access the property for:

  • Inspections
  • Repairs
  • Emergencies

Noise, Safety, and Illegal Activities

Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

It is prohibited to:

  • Disturb neighbors
  • Engage in illegal activities

The guest is responsible for their group.

Guests may not disclose:

  • Property address
  • Owner identity

They must ensure safety when leaving:

  • Turn off gas, electricity, etc.

Liability

Home Sweet Apartments is not responsible for:

  • Issues outside the accommodation
  • Theft or accidents
  • Service failures (water, electricity, internet)

Guests must verify the location in advance.

Legislation and Force Majeure

This contract allows occupancy under agreed terms.
Guests are not tenants.

If the property becomes unavailable:

  • An equivalent alternative will be offered
  • Or a refund (no additional compensation)

Changes and Applicable Law

Home Sweet Apartments may modify these terms at any time.
Use of the service implies acceptance of such changes.
