Failure to provide data for the purposes referred to in points (a) and (b) may result in non-compliance with legal obligations and possible termination of the contract without compensation, as well as the inability to properly provide services.

Within the scope of its activity, Home Sweet Apartments collects and processes the personal data necessary for the provision of contracted services, namely:
